LO to share

Good Sunday Morning everyone! i cannot believe i slept at 5am this morning i couldn't sleep at all so i scrap and scrap and scrap some more...and how many LO i finished 1 and 1/2 page LOL! I'm still working on the other one it's almost done but i want to share this LO with you first. this LO is for PENCIL LINES SKETCH #198. i just love the sketch and was so inspired by the PENCIL LINES design teams take on the sketch so i had to give a try, too.
this is the first time i ever did masking, i used the heart shaped paper doily and some tattered angel glimmer mist. Even though it's hard to see in the photo i think it turned out great, don't you think so? and i love the colors it made on the doily i used for masking so i added it in the LO, too. the words on the background looks like they were stamped but they are actually some old, old rub-ons i have from 7 gypsies and you know what happen when rubs-ons are left for a long long time, some of the letters or words sticks and comes off by itself...i like the way it looked in here though with the missing letters and words and all. the two hearts on the bottom are semi hand made by me. semi because the fabric heart on top was already stitched with batting inside i just added bling on top and layered it with two different patterned paper using 3d dots and inked the edges using Tim Holtz's distress ink. i also made the envelope on the left side tucked behind the photo with the string wrapped around it and added prima flowers on top of the bow. and of course, i have to add some lace to soften it and more prima flowers. on the flowers i added pearls and heart shaped blings just because. the lovely blings on top of the photo where the strings for the two hearts are attached are actually buttons that i got from WALMART. i made it flat and glued the string behind it. Lastly, i wrote the quote on the photo using white gel pen- "love you yesterday. love you still...always have, always will.." i am really happy to be back and able to scrap again and that my mojo is here to stay for a while. Hope you all have a good day and thank you for stopping by my blog.
