Hi there! hows your weekend so far? hope you all are having a creative weekend like me LOL! i finished another LO using my ARTFUL DELIGHT April kit and this one is inspired by THE SCRAPPIEST sketch # 117. here is my take-
this photo was taken last Feb when we went to Legoland and Sealife Aquarium (Carlsbad, CA). this is my 3rd LO using mt April ARTFUL DELIGHT kit and i am not done with this kit yet. i have a few LO's, DT assignment , i need to finish and i want to be ahead of my self this time because i have 2 weeks left on my vacation them back to work again. thank you so much for stopping by and for your lovely comments. PRECIOUS MOMENTS- PENCIL LINES SKETCH #234

hi there! hope everyone had a great Easter. my kiddos had so much fun Easter egg hunting since my dear hubby can't sit yet we had to celebrate Easter here in our apartment luckily we had a big enough backyard with lots of little trees and one giant one so we had enough hiding space for the eggs. let me share you a LO i created for BO BUNNY's Stamp & Stitch challenge. i've been hoarding this Bo Bunny Learning Curve collection and i am so glad i have finally used.. here is my take-
this LO is also inspired by the beautiful PENCIL LINES sketch #234 i switched the placement of the photo to the right to fit my design.
 i did a lot of hand stitching here including the word "moments" in the title, love how it turned out. i also did some stamping including the quote on the left side of the photo and the words on the crossword puzzle. thanks so much for stopping by and i have a couple more LO's to share with you tonight.

  this photo was taken last February it's so rare to have snow here so when we heard it was going to snow we drove up to the mountains and didn't really expect how much snow there will be. the kids had tons and tons of fun! and i was so happy i captured all the fun. hopefully you all are still enjoying your time here and still getting inspired by what i'm sharing with you :D thank you so much for staying and tuning in. love you all :D

SUMMER FUN- SWEET PEACH CROP SHOP ANNIVERSARY 1st SKETCH

Since i've been loving the sketches created by Liz of THE SCRAPPIEST i thought i'd play along the SWEET PEACH CROP SHOP anniversary sketch challenge , too where she created 4 other sketches for their anniversary celebration. i am also submitting this for the JILLIBEAN SOUP project challenge over at TWO PEAS. on this layout i've used my new JILLIBEAN SOUP Dutch Mustard- love the vibrant colors of this collection perfect for some summer photos. this is my take on the sketch-
 i really enjoyed creating with my JILLIBEAN SOUP papers. i believe i scrapped this photos before and i guess i love them so much that i just had to scrap them again. the colors on the photos are perfect for this papers. i did some stitching, paint splattering, and distressing. lots of layering and really love the corrugated flower shapes. i sure hope i give you all inspirations to create and scrap. have a wonderful week :D

i just love the WEBSTER PAGES Hollywood Vogue papers- so elegant and pretty. this are the only WP papers i have and i got them from MY SCRAPBOOK NOOK Feb kit. like the last layout i shared with you this was a pretty quick and simple layout i did in less than an hour. this layout is inspired by THE SCRAPPIEST sketch # 116 another great sketch from Liz Chidester. so here is my take-
this was a photo of my dear daughter and sis-in-law last July 2010. love this sweet photo even though my DD is looking somewhere else LOL! i did something different here- stitching and adding pearls on the stitches. love how it turned out! hope you enjoy this one, too. here is another layout i've done using THE SCRAPPIEST sketch #115. on this layout i've used my February NOOK kit. i know i still haven't finished using this kit i'm trying to use all of my kits and hopefully will catch up soon. here is the layout- a pretty simple layout with layers and a little bit of fussy cutting. this is my DH mom and dad- photo was taken last Feb on my mother-in-laws birthday. i didn't realize it until now that her blouse matches the purple background. love how quick and simple i made this layout. i hope you enjoy it. thanks again for stopping by.

BEAUTIFUL DIRTY HANDS- THE SCRAPPIEST SKETCH 114

Happy Monday everyone! still off from work and taking care of my dear hubby. he is recovering fast from his back surgery and he's been doing really great no pain at all but he's still not allowed to sit down. he's in bed laying on his back most of the time and walks with cane and back brace about 5x/day. he is starting to get really bored but other than that he is great! thank you Lord!

i've been scrapping on and off and finished a few layouts using mostly Liz Chidester sketches from THE SCRAPPIEST and SWEET PEACH CROP SHOP. let me share you my first layout using MY SCRAPBOOK NOOK April kit- inspired by THE SCRAPPIEST sketch #114-
 i love how this layout turned out- lots of layering and texture. i love the MAYA ROAD butterfly chipboard which i stamped. i also did some doodling, stitching, and applied glossy accents for additional texture. i hope you like it and please stay tuned i have a lot more layout to share. thanks again and i really appreciate you stopping by my blog. have a great week!

LUCKY TO HAVE MY FAMILY- NIKI SIVILS MARCH CHALLENGE

SWEET SMILE- SKETCHES IN THYME THURSDAY TAKE #44

Hello everyone! i am so sorry if I've been gone for awhile. i am actually off work for the whole month not a complete vacation because my dear hubby had a back surgery and i need to stay home to care for him. he had surgery last Thursday and went home yesterday, Saturday. he will be out of work and under disability for 3 months and i am on family medical leave for a month maybe longer. hi there! how is your weekend so far? hope you all are having a fun and creative weekend. me? i have work as usual LOL! but i'd rather work weekends than weekdays- more relax and not too much stress and pressure. i wanted to share with you this layout i finished for PAGEMAP SCRAP THAT! layout challenge. i love the sketch and i used my BASICGREY Curio collection once again- love this papers. so here is my take-   i really love the vintage effect that LO-FI did in the photo of me and my dear son, i did a lot of stitching and distressing here. fussy cut the flowers and also added these flowers from Recollections i got from Michaels. i wish you can see it- i've been using my glossy accents lately and really love the effect it makes when added in chipboards. i hope you like it :D

i looooooooooooooooove this BASIC GREY Curio collection papers, they are gorgeous! this is my sweet dear daughter, Jylian, last St. Patty's day. i love how the picture came out when i used the LO-FI to get the vintage effect and immediately thought it will be perfect for the BG Curio papers. i did lots and lots of fussy cutting and layering here. i love how it turned out and i do hope you like it, too. have a wonderful day! JUST RIGHT- STUCK APRIL 1ST SKETCH

here is my second post for today :D this layout is inspired by STUCK April 1st sketch. it's been a while since i played along STUCK sketches and i really enjoyed creating this one using my NIKKI SIVILS My Friend Birdie collection. here is my take-  love this quote i found "not the oldest, not the youngest- just right" perfect for my dear son- Joseph-the middle child. can you tell by his smile how mischievous he can be? this little boy is all fun and trouble but i loooooooooooooooove him so much! i also love it when Mr. Mojo is present. i've been scrapping and blogging almost everyday can you believe it? thank you so much for visiting my blog. have a great week! hugs and lots of love, isay :D

JUST BE...- PIXIE DUST PAPERIE MARCH CHALLENGE

hi there! here i am again with a new layout finished for the PIXIE DUST PAPERIE March challenge. this is my first time joining their challenge and i love the sketch! i found their blog through my dearest friend, Lynnda - ARTYSCRAPPY- thanks Lynn!  and here is my take-  i know, it's me in the picture! LOL! this was taken last December on our company Christmas party. this is the only day in the year i really get dress up and put make up on and look pretty, i guess? i finally used the BASIC GREY Curio collection prize package i got from PAGEMAP last month and i love them.

PREHISTORIC PALS- 3.31 SKETCHY THURSDAYS

Good morning! just a quick post to share my take on SKETCHY THURSDAYS 3.31 sketch using my IMAGINISCE Dino-Roar collection.   this was an older picture of my two boys, joseph and justin, i've been wanting to scrap and finally did :D i also wanted to share with you this 3 cards i created using whats left of my March ARTFUL DELIGHT kit and i must say that i really, really enjoyed creating with the March kit. after 8 layouts and 4 cards i think i've used it enough already. oh! i can't wait to get my April ARTFUL DELIGHT kit. that's all i have to share with you for now. i'll be scrapping all day so hopefully i'll be back later to share some more of my creations. thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day! hugs and lots of love, isay :D
