Oh yes! It is my third post for today.

I just want to share with you all that I have created this past week.

I love it! love it! love how it turned out! Oh how I missed creating with BASIC GREY papers.This are my babies Joseph (on the back), Justin (my eldest), and my little pretty princess, Jylian. They are my angels and i love them so much.

LOL - ONCE UPON A SKETCH

Hi there! well, my GDT gig over at ONCE UPON A SKETCH is almost over. i love, love the sketches and the journalling criterias they have this month. thank you soooo much OUAS leaders and DT members for the chance to be part of your team.

And here is my take on the Oct 15 sketch with the Journalling criteria: A most embarrassing/awkward/uncomfortable moment. Journal at least 2 SENTENCES on a moment that you will remember for all the wrong reasons. Examples: something you said/did, something your child said, something your pet did etc.

journal says: i'm pretty sure my family and friends have a few suggestionsto which of my many embarrasing moment will be on the top but of course i'm not going to ask for their opinion. LOL! whats my most embarrasing moment- walking into the men's restroom in the movie theater! i walk-in without looking, went straight to the stall and pee, even washed my hands (i have no idea why i didn't notice the group of men staring at me!) and walked out. then somebody asked me "did you just walked out the men's restroom?'' good thing we were done watching the movie and left immediately.

i had the hardest time thinking which of the many embarrasing moments i had to share with all of you...wait...who, in their right mind, would even want to share an embarrasing moment with the whole world to read (exaggerating) LOL! honestly, i had fun creating and journalling on this one. oh yes, i used my AMERICAN CRAFTS AMY TANGERINE collection. i'm still inlove with them!

ONCE UPON A SKETCH OCTOBER GUEST DT

Hello there everyone!!! it's October already?! well that means new challenges from different challenge blog sites and new sketches. i'm hoping to be able to play along with most of them. challenge blog and sketches has been a great source of inspiration for me. whenever i try to play along i don't necessarily look at the prizes i just want to join in the fun and be creative.

last month i was very lucky to have won  ONCE UPON A SKETCH Sept 1st challenge and so i was one of their GDT this month. if you are looking for inspiration i recommend you visit OUAS. they have an amazing sketch every 1st and 15th of the month. also, i know many of us scrappers doesn't like adding journaling in our layout, well together with their sketch they have a journaling criteria that will help you tell the story or memories about your photos.

for the October 1st challenge the

Journalling Criteria is toWRITE 2 noteworthy (to you anyway) events of the past week. Your journalling can be as long as you wish. There is NO limit to how much journalling you include but in order to qualify as a winner for this challenge, we must see AT LEAST 1 SENTENCE of journalling on WHY each event was noteworthy.

journaling says: i recently celebrated my 31st birthday and every year i feel so bless to be able to celebrate this special day with the most important people in my life- my family.

SOMETHING REALLY SPECIAL FOR MY SON

Happy Tuesday to you all! my mini vacation officially ends today and I'm back working and will be working for the next 8 days :(

But before i slave myself to work i wanted to share with you this layout i finished using ONCE UPON A SKETCH Sept 15 sketch with the Journalling Criteria:  to journal 2 lines directly on your photo. You can write on your photo, you can print your writing on your photo, you can use journalling strips on your photo etc. There is no theme this time, just a journalling technique criteria.

here is my take on the challenge-

i love , love this picture of my son, Justin, and yes it is blurry but the colors came out amazing! i wrote down the scripture on the picyure myself and this is one of my favorite scriptures. and can you tell i used my AMERICAN CRAFTS AMY TANGERINE's collection - this collection is so versatile and i love every single piece of it!

i will be very busy this week but I'm hoping to be able to scrap even if i just finish 1 layout a day would be nice :D

2011 - ARTFUL DELIGHT KIT & OUAS SEPT 1ST SKETCH

Hi there my dear blogger friends! i hope you had a great weekend like me and even though i was sick for a couple days, my allergy was soooo bad :( good thing i'm all better now, i was able to finish seven layouts and two cards! especially yesterday after we went to the church, we watched football games all day with my dear hubby and at the same time i was scrapbooking. And because my last altered record was a hit hehehehe... i was so inspired to make another one using again my ARTFUL DELIGHT September kit. this layout was inspired by ONCE UPON A SKETCH September 1st sketch with the journaling Criteria : A memorable year - Your title must be a year, and you must journal at least 2 lines on why this year is memorable for you.

indeed, we've been very lucky to spend more quality time with our kids this year. my days off are not always the same so we really have to plan everything ahead of time and thankfully my work approved all my extra days off :D. camping out has been our family's favorite thing to do this year- spring, summer, or fall we go camping LOL!

JYLIAN -ONCE UPON A SKETCH

Hi there! i was going through my stash today and i really need to scrap, scrap, and scrap some more because i have so much stash! LOL! i really tried not to buy anymore scrappy goodies but when you come across a good sale how can you resist? good thing is i only purchased one time which is pretty good. i guess i'm getting there learning how to control myself not to buy too much stuff anymore. Anyways, i have a new layout to share with you today. this one is inspired by the ONCE UPON A SKETCH July 1st challenge- love, love the sketch and the journaling criteria. here is my take-

i used my ARTFUL DELIGHT June kit on this layout and love how the colors came through together. i edited my daughters photo to add interest. love how it turned out. i'm hoping i'll have some time to scrap later today. i'm off from work and i have a few errands to do but i think i'll have time to play with my July kits from ARTFUL DELIGHT and SCRAPBOOK NOOK.
