JYLIAN -ONCE UPON A SKETCH

Hi there! i was going through my stash today and i really need to scrap, scrap, and scrap some more because i have so much stash! LOL! i really tried not to buy anymore scrappy goodies but when you come across a good sale how can you resist? good thing is i only purchased one time which is pretty good. i guess i'm getting there learning how to control myself not to buy too much stuff anymore. Anyways, i have a new layout to share with you today. this one is inspired by the ONCE UPON A SKETCH July 1st challenge- love, love the sketch and the journaling criteria. here is my take-

i used my ARTFUL DELIGHT June kit on this layout and love how the colors came through together. i edited my daughters photo to add interest. love how it turned out. i'm hoping i'll have some time to scrap later today. i'm off from work and i have a few errands to do but i think i'll have time to play with my July kits from ARTFUL DELIGHT and SCRAPBOOK NOOK.

i told it'll be a long post LOL! love this kit full of Basic Grey and Maya Road goodies. can you tell i had fun with the kit? i don't want you to think i did all this at one sitting (that would be awesome if I did) it's more on and off scrapping which was good no deadlines to meet just enjoying and relaxing and scrapping just for myself but ofcourse i still missed all the chaos when it comes to meeting deadlines and joining the challenges. i hope i have inspired you to get those scrappy goodies out and start creating! thanks again for stopping by. i really appreciate it. have a wonderful day!

Hello everyone! Wow! I know I've been gone for awhile it's a long story but no worries thank God all is good now. while i was  gone, I was still able to scrap a few LO's that i would love to share with all of you but for now here is my take on ARTFUL DELIGHT's July Sketch challenge. SUMMER FUN- ARTFUL DELIGHT SKETCH #11

Hello everyone! it's been a very stressful day this week. i went back to work Monday and sometimes i wish i could just stay home with my kids. when i had my whole month vacation, i stayed home taking care of my kids and my DH and it's the best feeling ever- being a mommy and a good wife. i wish i can just work at home :( enough of that- i'm still lucky though that i'm able to squeeze in some time to scrap. i have a few LO's i wanted to share with you and all of them are inspired by ARTFUL DELIGHT's 14 Days of Sketches. this first LO is my take on sketch #11. i also used my ARTFUL DELIGHT May kit which is just AWESOME! love it! here is the LO-
