Hi there again!

Here is another layout and this one is for

BASIC GREY NSD

Challenge #1-

Create a project using a craft knife or scissors to cut around the designs on patterned paper.

My BASIC GREY paper collection is very limited. I only have the

Hello Luscious, Curio, and Wander collections I now they are older papers but i love these collections. I've set limit to myself in terms of spending on scrapbook supplies and i am really trying to finish up my collection of papers (aka hoarded papers) LOL.

DREAM BIG- MY MIND'S EYE MARCH SKETCH CHALLENGE

I did not work today, instead we are getting ready for our

1st year wedding anniversary get away. We are leaving early, early

tomorrow morning and my husband will be driving all the way to our destination.
My kiddos will be staying home with my in-laws,
I wish i can take them with me but Justin's spring break is over and he'll be back to school Monday.

And of course, I have to take some time off packing our stuff and

try to scrap a page or two :)

And here is one of the finished layout and my take on

MY MIND'S EYE March sketch challenge-

I used some of the older MME collections.

 I printed out the instagram photo of my sweet baby girl.

FSCB sketch#17 and PAGEMAP IMAGINISCE WINNER!!!

Lovely day here in San Diego! Lots of fun things happened this week it's my two boys spring break and already they stayed in the new Legoland Hotel (Sat & Sun) and then we went back  Tuesday just because we don't want to waste the free tickets they got that are expiring in today.

Also this week, I won the PAGEMAPS IMAGINISCE sketch contest!

After a long break from scrapbooking, then coming back and actually winning

is such a great feeling!

ITS ALL IN THE SMILE- PAGEMAPS IMAGINISCE SKETCH CONTEST

TGIF! Hi there! 

What a lovely weather here in San Diego, the sun is out and it's warm outside. Can't wait for my two boys to get off school maybe we'll spend some time in the park. My table where I scrap is in front of the window so I can see how beautiful the weather is. Today, I decide to scrap and play along

 PAGEMAPS IMAGINISCE sketch contest.

...and here is my layout....

I tried to do layers and used fun bright colors in this layout and I'm happy how it came out. Again, the papers and embellishments I used are a mix and match of my own stash and left overs from previous kits.

And just to show you where my humble creative corner is located, it's in the corner of the master bedroom, lots of natural light comes in and i don't even have to go outside to take photos of my layout. I love it!!!

MY TAKE ON ARTFUL DELIGHT MARCH SKETCH CONTEST

Happy Thursday everyone!

It's been awhile since i joined any contest and since I've been able to scrap this past few days i thought, why don't i give it a try and start playing along with the challenges again?

ARTFUL DELIGHT blog always have great simple sketches that can really get you inspired and just love their sketch for this month.

....and here is what i came up with using the sketch...

All the products used here are a mix and match of left overs from previous

ARTFUL DELIGHT kits i have hoarded for months :)

I've been a long time costumer of Leanne's (owner of AD) kits for a long time now and I hate to admit it but even in my absence from scrapbooking i did not stop my subscription from her kit because i don't want to miss any of it (that's how much i love them!)

I might try out for her DT call that she's having right now, we'll see.

FSCB SKETCH 16 & ARTFUL DELIGHT MARCH KIT

A new sketch is up at FILIPINO SCRAPBOOKER'S CHALLENGE BLOG and i had fun creating using the sketch and using ARTFUL DELIGHT's March Kit.

 

I decided to print out the photo i took using instagram and it came out perfect. I printed out the photo bigger than the regular instagram size photo and it still came out great.

 

Sketch #16 of FSCB was created by Kath and here is my take on it-

 

 

The colors in the ARTFUL DELIGHT MARCH kit are just perfect...i love, love the soft pastel colors of TERESA COLLINS paper collections (Memories, He said She said, & Stationery Noted) that are included in the kit.

Good Monday morning everyone!

Oh How I miss blogging, I miss sharing my projects with you and one thing for sure

SCHOOL IS DEFINITELY COOL WITH NIKKI SIVILS

Hello everyone!

Oh my goodness! I was gone for a long time forgive me.

I've been busy spending lots of time with my kiddos this summer, started part-time on my old job, found a new job and soon we'll be moving out and looking for a new place to live, so yeah Life found a way again to stir me off from scrapbooking.

Anyhow, for the fun stuff I am up today at NIKKI SIVILS blog.

I used SCHOOL IS COOL line and just love, love it!

What a perfect way to get me ready for school, I meant me getting my kids  ready for school.
