 This is my eldest son, Justin, and this photo was taken about 2-3 yrs at California Adventure.

I used NIKKI SIVILS Noah collection with Basically Bare gear chipboards and love how it turned out. The raw design of the chipboard gear and the boy design of Noah collection fits perfectly together. I didn't want to alter the chipboard too much so i decided to just ink its edges and outlined the edges with brown gel pen.

FIELD TRIP & SWEET MEMORIES CREATIVE SCRAPPERS

Hi, me again. I have a couple more layout to share with you both inspired by
CREATIVE SCRAPPERS sketches and using BASIC GREY goodies.

First up, is my take on

"FIELD TRIP"- this was taken last year (October) on my dear son, Joseph's  field trip
to Bates Nut Farm Pumpkin Patch.

 And I love the sketch that CREATIVE SCRAPPERS had last NSD so i made a layout using the sketch and here is what i came up with.
"SWEET MEMORIES"-This was taken my wedding day last April- it's me, my big brother, and my sweet baby girl, Jylian.

HAPPY SMILES CREATIVE SCRAPPERS #206

Happy Tuesday!!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend.

We had fun at the park yesterday, even though Jylian had an accident, she hit her

forehead pretty bad and sustained a big bump...i was so scared but thank God she was fine, nothing serious but still i am constantly checking up on her.

here is my sweet princess still smiling even after her accident

My kids had fun flying their kites (including my eldest, my dear husband LOL!)

Now, let's move on to some more fun staff. I created this layout inspired by

CREATIVE SCRAPPERS sketch #206

and using a mix of BASIC GREY goodies.

SOME LAYOUTS TO SHARE

Hello it's me again! I just wanted to share some of the layouts I finished and

they are not for any challenges, it's one of those days that my creative mojo

was so down and had to force my self to scrap so the creativity will  start to flow in.

A 2 PAGE LO FOR BASIC GREY WEEKLY CHALLENGE

Please don't think that I finished all this layout in one day LOL!

I was just too lazy posting them here in my blog and just found the energy and time to do it today and I'd rather post them all in the same day than miss their deadlines again LOL!

This was an easy two page layout to finish. I added lots of details and i really love Allison's sketches which you can find over at SKETCH SUPPORT blog. And BASICGREY Wander collection is one of my all time favorite paper collection.

LESSOLOGY CHALLENGE- BIRDS OF A FEATHER-

I have another layout for another great challenge. I love LESSOLOGY

challenges, I just wish i could join them as much as I can.

This time I did and love the challenge Birds of a Feather-

to use a bird or a birdcage &/or both in your  project and to include one recycled item.

I have a lot of bird embellies but the one that really caught my eye this time

was my JILLIBEAN SOUP Spotted Owl papers with cute party owls in them.

For my recycled item, i used a Jillibean packaging for their corrugated shapes-

here is my take in the challenge-

      This photo was taken last February, my DH birthday. I cut out all the little cute owls and added some

silly eyes on some of them. This was a fun layout to create.

Oh yes! It is my third post for today.

Fabulous collection-

I love, love the Fabulous collection the colors and designs are perfect for girly girl layouts.

And the elements are super easy to use, all I did is cut them to their sizes,

overlapped each one on top of each other just a little bit to add layers and VIOLA!!!

all done. I love how this layout came out. I hope you like it to and i hope i have inspired you today to create something simple and beautiful.

ECHO PARK & STUCK?! SKETCHES

Hi there! Good Morning!!!

It's Friday and this time it is really my Friday because it's my weekend off!

YAY!!!

Let me start off this day with a layout I created using ECHO PARK

Be Mine line- love the pink and black colors in this collection.

This is also inspired by STUCK?! SKETCHES May 1st sketch and here it is-

and this is the beautiful sketch from STUCK?! SKETCHES-

instead of using 3 photos i only used 2 photos and added a small cardstock with sentiment and also added a stamped sentiment under it. And yes, i am inlove with crafting tape, washi tape, paper tape or whatever it is that we all call it LOL. I got a couple of sets of crafting tape from Michaels from Recollections- they are sooo pretty i used the bird cage one here it comes in 3 tapes per set and way cheaper that the other brands :D

I'VE BEEN SCRAPPING...

Hello there! Thank you for stopping my blog today.

I've been really busy and feeling very stressful with my work. I've been

scrapbooking to ease off some stress which works well but was not

really in the mood of sharing them :(...

I am still very tired, stress and burnt out from work but i was able to shake them off

and I am here to share with you a few projects I've created for Mother's Day.

Let me share with you some photos from Mother's Day. After church we had brunch at

Red Lobster, we haven't been there for awhile and missed it so much.

...great ambiance, we didn't have to wait for a long time because we came in right when they just opened :D, great food- we we're all starving LOL! all in all it was a wonderful day

to celebrate a special day.

I also wanted to share with you a new challenge blog called

FILIPINO SCRAPBOOKERS, if you are a Filipino scrappers living anywhere in the world come and check us out . It is a sketch challenge blog for Filipino scrappers to help promote scrapping in the Philippines and it's a great place to share your passion in scrapbooking. SMILE- ANOTHER ONE FOR BITW

Yup! It's me again and for the third time LOL!

This is inspired by BIRD IS THE WORD Smile challenge and

I love it when i finish a layout in less than an hour. I just wish it's like this all the time LOL.

Well this layout with the photo of my DH cousin and her son was over and done in an instant.

Again, using ECHO PARK Happy Days collection the vibrant colors of the papers are so fun

to use and very easy to put together. I wanted to how the beautiful patterns on the papers so i kept it simple using straight lines and still added layers and details.
